Last Thursday we went to the Christmas Train Display that Dave mentioned here. It was amazing! And also a lot of fun to take pictures of.
Mom and Dad by a child’s bedside.
Drive in showing The Grinch. The builder said the cars on the opposite side of the tracks were the ones that couldn’t pay to get in, they had to deal with the train interruptions.
Park scene complete with people on benches, a fountain and a guy meditating.
House on the cliff with someone sitting in the yard.
There’s our Umpqua River Lighthouse!
Lot of beautiful houses.
A parade going down the Main Street
One of the bowling alleys.
A lighthouse on Main Street
Country school with a horse drawn carriage in front.
Krispy Kreme complete with a Sheriff truck out front.
Even a Chik-fil-A!
Houses lining the tracks and a station in between tracks.
Farm house and barn.
A theatre, JoAnn Fabric store and a Lighthouse in the same neighborhood.
Houses lining the tracks.
White Lion Brewery
One of the trains going through the city.
Clockworks and a Barber Shop
Around the bay. There’s a Coast Guard helicopter hovering over the water.
Looking inside the chocolate factory.
If you’re in the area tomorrow night is the last chance to see it! We’ve been recommending it to everyone coming through the Museum. And after you see the trains head on out to Shore Acres State Park to see the light display. This year they have over 300,000 lights! We went a couple of weeks ago and I should be posting that soon.
