Saturday June 1 is our way of saying “thanks” to all our visitors! Camping is free for RV, tent and horse camp sites. Parking at day-use parking fee parks is also free.

Call Reservations Northwest (1-800-452-5687) before 5 p.m. May 30 to make your campsite reservations — the earlier, the better. Or, reserve online at www.oregonstateparks.org. It costs $8 to make a reservation, even for sites that are free for the night. Yurts, cabins, tepees and group areas are available at regular rates.

Visit the events calendar for a list of parks celebrating with special events, including new Let’s Go birding, disc golfing, hiking and paddling activities. State Parks Day also kicks off Oregon Outdoors Week (June 1-9), which links other statewide and national events promoting outdoor recreation:
