What to do when you have a “hankering” for something fried? Run to the local restaurant?
Noooooooooooooooooooooo…. Cook your own! Not only will you most likely eat less but then you have to clean up your mess. And that alone is a helpful weight control thing.
Having said that, we put our small oil fryer to use the other day. We can’t remember the last time we used it so it MUST be that time again.
We cut up some red potatoes, sweet potatoes some onions and got our chicken wings ready… Then we got down to business…
We put the fryer back into storage……sigh. Until next time.
